 After an intensive development and auditing period, during which the company established a series of unique quality objectives and recording procedures, Accor Services was awarded the prestigious ISO 9001 (new 2000 standard) 'Quality Management' accreditation.
In order to meet the ISO standard Accor had to identify and meet the needs and expectations of its customers and other interested parties, and implement a system of continual improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The fundamental approach was for Accor to achieve, maintain and improve its overall organizational performance and capabilities. To do so we developed Quality Management Principles that are customer and leadership driven, and involve all our people, systems and processes.
 Accor Services is an accredited Investor in People Employer and is recognized as being Positive about Disabled People.
 Accor Services is an active member of the Voucher Association, which promotes the Voucher industry and its services across the UK.
