Accor Services has launched a handy guide to childcare vouchers to help employers set up and run a successful scheme.
Childcare vouchers are now widely accepted as one of the most practical, cost-effective ways an employer can support staff with family responsibilities. Changes to tax and National Insurance legislation in recent years have made them increasingly popular and they are now used by more than l7,000 organisations in the UK.
The Accor Services guide, entitled Childcare Vouchers - what makes for a successful scheme, explores some of the issues around employer-supported child care, explains in simple terms how childcare vouchers work and aims to identify exactly what makes for a successful scheme.
